TAMARA ANTAL

The artist was born on 1952 in Iasi, Romania. She graduated the painting section of the "Luceafarul" Art Academy from Bucharest and she participated to many collective exhibitions. She is known as a grave voice, of dark colors pierced by the brilliance of some basic colours. The composition is well structured. She started from several shapes and then, slowly, she became more simple and more expressive. Tamara's artistic searches are of good quality. She proposes varied types of show well harmonized and conscientious executed. Important critics like Alexandra Titu, Constantin Prut, or the very well known painters like Teodor Moraru and Ilie Boca appreciated Tamara's works. She is member of The Romanian Fine Arts Union.
